First established in 1793, Adkin has continually evolved to become one of the most respected and well established rural surveying practices in southern England.  Based in the attractive village of Ardington near Wantage, our work includes all matters relating to agricultural, commercial and residential property. Whilst the majority of our clients are based in central southern England we increasingly act for landowners nationwide. Many of our clients have been with us for generations, something we are very proud of, and a testament to the dedication and expertise of the firm.

We have a team of qualified surveyors, graduates and support staff. Due to an ever increasing workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Rural Surveyor to join us. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years post qualification experience in a broad range of rural professional work, although applicants with greater experience may be considered. You will be hardworking and self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential together with the confidence and ability to work alone or as part of a team. You will be educated to degree level and be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, friendly and dynamic team with an interesting and varied workload. Good career prospects are available for the right candidate. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
